Due to COVID-19, post offices have been experiencing higher than usual shipment volumes. We cannot guarantee the delivery standards from specific couriers and shipments may take longer than usual. Please review our shipping policy in detail prior to placing an order.
A flat shipping rate is available for Canadian and US customers only. Each additional item added to your order will have a small fee increase to cover the shipping of the additional items. These fees are in place because your order will not ship with all items together. Some items have different shiiping fees due to weight.
Canadian Flat rate: $11.99 plus $2.00 per additional item
US Flat Rate: $13.99 plus $1.50 per additional item

Duties and Taxes are the responsiblity of the customer.
All of our products are currently made using a third part vendor that prints on demand. This means that every product is printed as it's ordered. We've chosen this as our current manufacturing process because it creates less waste and is more efficient in our current model.
Your order will likely not ship all at once because of the manufacturing processes. Due to where a product is manufactured, you may recieve some items quicker than others. You will recieve a tracking link for each item as it is manufactured and shipped out to you.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Little Brushwood Designs does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Exceptions apply to customers located in Brazil by the "Right of Regret" law. Please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Shipping back to Little Brushwood Designs is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your defective item, we will replace it with a new item as soon as possible.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
